This new drop-in session is geared for all post natal women (at least 6-8 weeks post birth) and pre mobile babies are also welcome. Exercise with or without your baby in this relaxed but focused class.
Pilates techniques are used to strengthen and re-align physically while soothing mentally. A great way to help new mums get back in shape.
