Womens only In Shape for Life
The In Shape for Life sessions are suitable or anyone aged 18+. The session is a circuit based exercise class and will help you to improve your fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. All sessions are suitable for beginners and you can work at your own pace. If you have any mobility or health issues exercises can be adapted to suit your current needs.
The sessions are drop in sessions and require you to fill in a short registration form at the session. You can also talk to our friendly instructor to discuss any issues or questions that you may have prior to beginning the class. The instructor at your In Shape for Life session is Amanda and she will be happy to answer questions that you may have. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
