Three Cornered Copse Healthwalk
This is a moderate, 2.5-mile healthwalk, which takes you from the popular Hove Park up to the hidden gem of Three Cornered Copse. The walk features a steady climb to the top of the Copse across the open green space to the East, returning through its tranquil woodland pathways. The Copse is home to lots of wildlife, especially birds, and you may get to hear a woodpecker or two. Enjoy a cuppa and a chat back at the café afterwards.
All Healthwalks are free, led by trained Volunteer Healthwalk Leaders and on public-transport routes. There is no need to book – you can just turn up. On your first walk you will need to fill out a simple health questionnaire. You can print and complete this in advance, or simply turn up ten minutes early so that a walk leader can give you a form to fill out. For all subsequent walks you will just need to add your name to the register.
Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for the weather. On exposed walk routes, it is also a good idea to have a drink and sunscreen with you. Well-behaved dogs on a lead are welcome on the walks, with the exception of the cemeteries walk.
