Social Ping and Short Tennis
This friendly weekly drop in session is such fun under Ian’s (our coach’s) guidance.
Playing table tennis has a large number of health benefits including helping to improve co-ordination, balance and reflexes, burning calories and it’s a great social outlet. Aimed at adult aged 50+, beginners are welcomed but please wear clothing suitable for movement and flat, supportive trainers. All the equipment is provided and Ian also provides coaching tips to those looking to improve.
