This is a friendly fun drop in session for adults led by our instructor Kelly. Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness. It incorporates standing and floor based exercises to help improve core strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Pilates also focuses on the mind-body connection. Gentle music is played within the session. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and flat, supportive shoes/trainers. All equipment is provided
