Girls Get Active
Girls Get Active is for young women aged 11+ and is suitable for beginners. You can take part in a different activity each week including circuits, Zumba, boxercise, gym, spin and much more.
You can work at your own pace during the session and our instructor can adapt exercises to suit you. Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers to the session and bring a water bottle with you.
Girls Get Active is a drop in session so there is no need to book or pay in advance. If you are attending the session for the first time you will have to complete a short registration form and you can ask our instructor, Charlie, any questions that you may have.
