Download and complete the form to apply for a licence to hire out horses, ponies or donkeys for riding.

To apply for a riding establishment licence download and complete the riding establishment licence application form and send it to: Animal Wardens, Brighton & Hove City Council, 2nd floor, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP.

You also need to download and complete the animal activity licensing privacy notice, and send it to us with your application form.
