This is a shared house, where you live with other people. You will have your own room, with a shared kitchen and lounge. You may have a shared bathroom or have one of your own.
All of your bills and activities are included so you do not need to pay these. You will receive a small amount of benefit money.
Staff support will be shared but you may also have some additional staff support such 1:1 support to go out into the community.

Seniors Housing allows older people to be part of an active community, while knowing help is always available.
Most Seniors Housing has a manager or warden. They're on site throughout the day to keep a check on the residents and look after the building.
There is also a 24 hour emergency alarm, so residents can contact the manager or our CareLink Plus alarm service, when the manager is off duty.
