Council Help Desk
As well as support for families, at Hangleton Family Hub you can access a range of council services.
You can:
- use the free self-help computers to access services online
- use the free phones to speak to a council service or a staff member
- scan documents - if you don’t have a smartphone to take a picture of the document to send to us
Our staff can provide:
- signposting to council services
- basic support in accessing council services online
- paper forms for certain transactions where you are unable to access online services, for example, Blue Badge applications
If we cannot help with your enquiry on the day, we'll offer you a call back service where the relevant service will contact you and aim to deal with your enquiry over the phone or make you a face-to-face appointment.
We do not:
- provide face-to-face appointments with a specific team such as Parking or Council Tax – individual services will arrange these appointments directly with you if your query cannot be dealt with online or over the phone
- sell parking permits or arrange collection of parking permits
- take payment for services such as parking fines or Council Tax
