Carers Hub aims to improve carers' quality of life.

They offer:

  • information, advice and signposting to other services
  • carers awareness training, assessments and support
  • Young Carers Project
  • home-based respite
  • support for carers who care for someone at the end of their life, and those who have been bereaved
  • support for carers of people with dementia
  • peer support
  • help to improve carers wellbeing through the Carers Reablement Project

Carers Hub includes The Carers Centre for Brighton & Hove, Brighton & Hove Crossroads Care, Brighton & Hove Alzheimer’s Society and Brighton & Hove City Council.
