MindOut is a mental health service run by and for lesbians, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer people.

MindOut is a mental health service run by and for lesbians, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer (LGBTQ) people. 

We welcome all LGBTQ people and those who may not identify as LGBTQ including:

  • men who have sex with men
  • women who have sex with women
  • intersex people
  • people who previously identified as trans
  • people who are questioning their sexual or gender identities.

We offer a range of support, including:

  • advice and information
  • advocacy
  • peer support groups
  • peer mentoring project
  • suicide prevention
  • 50+ project
  • online support
  • counselling

Our online chat is open most evenings from 5.30 to 7.30pm, and on Sundays from 2 to 4pm, with additional hours most days.
