MindOut is a mental health service run by and for lesbians, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer people.
MindOut is a mental health service run by and for lesbians, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer (LGBTQ) people.
We welcome all LGBTQ people and those who may not identify as LGBTQ including:
- men who have sex with men
- women who have sex with women
- intersex people
- people who previously identified as trans
- people who are questioning their sexual or gender identities.
We offer a range of support, including:
- advice and information
- advocacy
- peer support groups
- peer mentoring project
- suicide prevention
- 50+ project
- online support
- counselling

Opening times
Our online chat is open most evenings from 5.30 to 7.30pm, and on Sundays from 2 to 4pm, with additional hours most days.
