This makes it an ideal game for men and women over 50.
We are a friendly and supportive women's running group. We provide a sociable, fun and safe environment for women of all ages (over 18) and abilities to participate in healthy exercise.
We meet each Thursday at 7pm at Hove Rugby Club, Hove Recreation Ground, to run together. There are two runs on offer, a shorter option of 3-4 miles and a longer option of 5-6 miles, which during the Summer months is taken off road from various locations. The first Thursday of each month is a training session. We also meet on Sunday mornings to run off road, with runs ranging from 5-10 miles.
Brighton Ballet School offers a wide range of classes to students of all ages and abilities, from beginners to Advanced levels, as well as vocational training.
All students can be entered for exams in Classical Ballet BBO Syllabus approximately once a year, although vocational students are often entered for exams when they are ready. Exams take place locally in Brighton, however the higher levels have to be taken at the BBO’s Head Quarters in Barnes, London.
Baseball provides a fun and exciting opportunity to build fitness, hand-to-eye coordination, and athletic ability, and we are committed to supporting each and every one of our players in their development. But just as important for us is the development of personal, teamwork, and leadership skills that our players will be able to use throughout their lives. Whether in practice, during games, or at a national tournament, we set a high standard of sportsmanship for our players, and encourage them to serve as role models in terms of their personal integrity, respect and care for others, sense of responsibility, and self-control both on and off the diamond.

Brighton Bowmen was founded in January 2011. Shortly thereafter we began shooting at St Aubyns School in Rottingdean before moving to the Longhill Sports Centre (formerly the Deans Leisure Centre until September 2015) in May 2014.
The club’s activities comprise outdoor and indoor target archery, UK record status tournaments, beginner’s courses and taster sessions
Archers of all ages and abilities are welcome to shoot with us outdoors from the first weekend in April to the last weekend of September
We are Brighton's friendly local dive club and one of the first BSAC branches, established in 1954 as club number 007! We welcome divers from all agencies, as well as anyone wanting to learn to dive for the first time. We dive most weekends during the season at a wide diversity of local wreck and reef sites, as well as running expeditions several times a year to further away sites.
We offer an active training program, from Try Dives for those wanting their first experience of scuba diving, through to Advanced Diver, as well as specialist courses in subjects such as boat handling, marine life and wrecks.

Brighton Table Tennis Club works with people of all ages, to improve health, celebrate diversity and build a strong community. Play for fun or competitively in a friendly environment. Open to all levels of skill including complete beginners welcome. Coaches always on hand to offer free advice.
Brighton Cougars is a not-for-profit community basketball club run entirely by members for its members. Originally established in 1989 we are now enjoying our 25th season with approximately 180 junior members and 60 or so adult members.
We currently have five local league teams and four national league teams playing competitive basketball and tournaments throughout the south-east region. Our local league teams are based at Dorothy Stringer School and the National League teams at BHASVIC.
Brighton Dancing has been teaching people to dance for over 20 years. With a friendly and welcoming atmosphere we run dance classes for people of all ages & experience levels. Classes available in Ballroom, Latin, Rock n' Roll, Argentinian Salsa and Keep Fit.
Freestyle Disc (Frisbee*) is performing creative, artistic and athletic moves with flying discs. One of the most dramatic events in disc sports, competitive Freestyle combines aspects of gymnastics and dance with the basic game of throw and catch, with teams of two or three players performing choreographed routines consisting of throws, catches and moves with one or more discs.
