In MyAccount you can:
- view your Council Tax bill
- view a full breakdown of what you owe and what you have paid
- make changes to some details on your account
- choose to receive online bills
- ask for a copy of your bill (digital only)
Verify your Council Tax details
When you're signed in to MyAccount, you'll need to verify your Council Tax information.
You'll need to provide your:
- name (as shown exactly on your bill)
- Council Tax number
You'll also need to provide 2 of the following:
- online reference - if you received a welcome email
- postcode of the property
- last 3 digits of a phone number we hold on your account
- last 3 digits of the bank account number we hold on your account - if you pay by Direct Debit
