If you're a tenant who is moving or there's a change to your household

If you're moving you should use MyAccount to tell us about any changes.

If you’re not moving, but there's a change to the other people in your household, you can use this form to tell us about it. 

The other person or people who are moving should also report their moves using MyAccount. 

If you're a property owner, managing agent or letting agent and there's a change to your tenants

Property owners and managing agents or letting agents can use this form to let us know about a change of tenant to update council tax information.

You'll need to tell us:

• your own address and contact details 
• the address of the property
• the names and contact details of any tenants moving out and the tenancy end date
• the names and contact details of tenants moving in and tenancy start date
