Who could vote
To vote in these elections you needed to be:

- a British, Irish, or EU citizen, or a citizen of a Commonwealth country

- Thursday 25 January, 5pm – last day for us to receive your postal vote application
- Thursday 25 January, 5pm – last day to cancel your postal vote

- Thursday 1 February, 5pm – last day for us to receive new proxy vote applications
- Thursday 1 February, 5pm – last day for us to receive your Voter Authority Certificate application
- Monday 5 February – first day to reissue replacement postal votes
