Théresa Ann Mackey was elected as Councillor for Kemptown Ward.
Milla Gauge was elected as Councillor for Queen's Park Ward.
Kemptown result
The results were as follows:
- BROWN, Robert James - Liberal Democrats: 406
- FARMER, Gary - Brighton & Hove Independents: 369
- GILLESPIE, Jamie - Independant: 44
- MACKEY, Théresa Ann - Labour Party: 1,382
- O'CARROLL, Josephine Victoria - Conservative Party Candidate: 222
- PERRIN, Ricky - Green Party Candidate: 590
The turnout was 34.80%

Queen's Park result
The results were as follows:
- CHOUDHURY, Sunny - Conservative Party Candidate: 168
- GAUGE, Milla - Labour Party: 1,241
- HALL, Dominque - Liberal Democrats: 67
- HART, Adrian - Brighton & Hove Independants: 449
- WALKER, Luke - Green Party Candidate: 766
The turnout was 38.94%

- registered to vote by Tuesday 16 April 2024
- a resident of Brighton & Hove or a registered Crown servant or service elector
- age 18 or over on polling day
