If you are in need emergency help with food, energy bills and other essentials, phone 01273 293 117.
Then:
if you are eligible for means tested benefits (for example Universal Credit or Employment and Support Allowance) select option 1. You'll be directed to the Local Discretionary Social Fund (LDSF). The LDSF helpline operates Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 1.30pm.
if you are not eligible for a means tested benefit select option 2. You'll be directed to the Community Hub. The Community Hub helpline operates Monday to Friday from 10am to 4.30pm.

If you are over 18, require food or shopping related support and can afford to pay for this, phone 01273 293 117 and select option 3. You'll be directed to Food Support at Impact Initiatives.
