East Sussex, South Downs and Brighton & Hove Waste and Minerals Local Plan
The Waste and Minerals Local Plan (WMLP) is the name for the planning documents that together form the statutory Local Plan for waste and minerals development in Brighton & Hove and East Sussex.
The authorities are reviewing some of the policies in the adopted Waste and Minerals Local Plan.
A consultation on draft revised policies took place in summer 2020. The responses to this consultation have been analysed and following further evidence gathering work, a proposed submission version of the revised policy document has been published for public consultation until 4 January 2022.
You can get more information and details on how to respond to the consultation on the authorities’ joint Consultation Portal.
