Conway Street Masterplan

Conway Street Industrial Area Masterplan – Supplementary Planning Document

The council is preparing a masterplan to guide future development within and around the Conway Street Industrial Area (near Hove Station).  As the first step, the council is consulting stakeholders on Masterplan Issues & Options between 25 February and 7 April 2019.  Consultation on the draft masterplan will take place in Autumn 2019.

The council hopes to adopt the masterplan as a Supplementary Planning Document in early spring 2020. Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) are intended to provide detailed guidance on how planning policy will be implemented.
