Further Assessment of Urban Fringe Sites 2015

Landscape & Ecology

A landscape and ecological assessment of some of the urban fringe sites identified as having potential for residential development in the Urban Fringe Assessment 2014 has been completed.

This study is published as a final draft and will be subject to formal approval by the Economic Development and Culture Committee.

Please note an inaccuracy on page 128 of this study, relating to the "Overall Conclusion of the 2014 Assessment" for Site 41 was corrected on 5 January 2016.

Archaeology

An archaeological assessment of some of the urban fringe sites identified as having potential for residential development in the Urban Fringe Assessment 2014 has been completed.

This study is also published as a final draft and will be subject to approval by the Economic Development and Culture Committee.
