The best way to submit a comment on a planning application at this time is by using our online planning register.
This offers significant benefits that include receiving regular updates on planning applications you have expressed an interest in. If you submit a comment by letter, we may not be able to ensure that it is uploaded onto the system before the case officer concludes their report.
To recognise that some people may be unwell/self isolating at home, we will continue to consider wherever possible comments on applications submitted after the public consultation period has expired.
However, comments submitted outside of the statutory time limit will not count towards the trigger for a minor application to be considered by the full planning committee.
