Applying for a neighbourhood area and forum
The legislation and regulation for neighbourhood planning can be found in the Localism Act 2011, The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 and The Neighbourhood Planning (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2015. If you are organising a neighbourhood forum or parish council then you should read these documents. This web page just highlights some of the important issues in the regulations.
