Report a lost or stolen Blue Badge

The Concessionary Travel & Blue Badge Counter service and phone lines will be closed on Thursday 14 December 2017 for staff training. You can still drop off or pick up any application forms via the Customer Service Centre.

Normal service will resume on Friday 15 December 2017.


You must report your lost or stolen Blue Badge to the police by calling 0845 60 70 999.

Apply for a replacement Blue Badge

The police will give you a reference number when you report your lost or stolen Blue Badge. Please include this number on the form. We will check the details you provide with the police before a new badge is issued.

Finding your lost Blue Badge

If you find your lost Blue Badge, you can't use it and must send it to the Blue Badge team:
