Report a lost or stolen Blue Badge

Please note that the Concessionary Travel & Blue Badge Counter service and phone lines close at 3pm on Wednesdays.

You can still drop off or pick up any application forms via the Customer Service Centre.

You must report your lost or stolen Blue Badge to the police by calling 101.

Apply for a replacement Blue Badge

The police will give you a reference number when you report your lost or stolen Blue Badge. Please include this number on the form. We will check the details you provide with the police before a new badge is issued.

Finding your lost Blue Badge

If you find your lost Blue Badge, you can't use it and must send it to the Blue Badge team:
