How to pay your penalty charge notice
Parking tickets are called penalty charge notices (PCNs).
Pay your PCN online. You will need your PCN reference number and vehicle registration number.
You can also pay your penalty charge notice by:
- phone on 03456 035 469, and select option 1
- post to Parking Services, G39 Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ - on your cheque or postal order, please write the PCN reference number on the back
