Where parking zone L is
This area is called parking zone L on street signs and maps. Controlled parking zone L covers the area around West Hove.
How the zone works
In zone L there are:
- some areas set aside for the use of permit holders only
- car club and disabled bays
What hours the restrictions operate
Always check the signs on street. They will give you the information you need when you're parking.

Blue Badge holders
Blue Badge holders can park in zone L during the hours of restriction while displaying their badge.
Blue Badge holders may still wish to buy a resident permit if they intend to leave their vehicles parked in zone L during the hours of restriction without the Blue Badge on display.

Notice for residents of Ingram Crescent East and West
This parking scheme has introduced the need for a residential permit when parking on-street in Zone L. It has not replaced your parking permit for Ingram Crescent.
You can get, renew or cancel your parking permit for Ingram Crescent by contacting the Car Parks and Garages team on 01273 293 030.
If you want to, you can also apply for and buy the on-street Zone L permit.
