Find out the different types of parking permits that you can get in Brighton & Hove, renew your permit, change your details and find information about the Parking Permit Centre.
We apologise for the problems you may be having renewing your resident parking permits.
These changes are designed to improve the way residents manage their accounts with us in the long term, as well as improve things like fraud prevention and council efficiency.
We're currently working our way through the backlog of enquiries we've received in recent weeks. Thank you for your patience while we get to these.
If you have contacted us by phone, email or through our online form, we will get to your enquiry.
Leaving your phone number on the online form is still the quickest way for us to deal with your issues if you need contact from officers.
The ‘grace period’ for renewals is now currently 7 days which the service is continuing to monitor.
If you receive or have received a Penalty Charge Notice because your permit did not arrive in time (due to a system error) then we can confirm that officers reviewing any appeals are fully aware of this issue and will deal with your case accordingly.
