Leading an active lifestyle offers a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits, as well as being a fun way to spend time with friends. However if you would answer "Yes" to any of the following questions we recommend your speak to a doctor or health professional before participating, to ensure you receive good advice on the type and level of physical activity most suitable for you:
- Do you feel pain in your chest when you do physical activity
- Do you lose balance due to dizziness or lose consciousness
- In the past month have you had pain in your chest whilst not doing physical activity
- Do you have a bone or joint problem that is made worse by physical activity
