Holiday Activities in 2015

Archery in Wild Park during TAKEPARTThis summer, Freedom Leisure who operate the leisure centers on behalf of the council will be running the Brighton and Hove Holiday Club, an extensive holiday programme for 4-14 year olds. From Multi sports to rock climbing there will be something for everyone. If you would like to register for your interest in the Freedom Leisure holiday programme please visit their website

Ofsted registered playschemes and a wide range of holiday activities for children and young people will be published in the Summer Fun 2015 booklet. Copies will be distributed to schools and community venues from the beginning of June and the booklet will also appear on the Family Information Services webpage

The Sports Development Team will not be providing the Summer Fun Sports Programme in 2015. This is a response to the council having to change the way that services are provided due to a reduction in budgets as the Council. However, the Sports Development Team will continue to focus resources on delivering targeted programmes for the least active children and adults in the city, supporting them to participate more regularly and to tackle health & social inequality in the city. To view our activities for children & young people operating throughout the year please visit our Active for Life Project webpage
