We have 78 publicly available toilets within the city - a mixture of traditional public toilets, participants in our Use Our Loo community toilet scheme and those in libraries, museums and leisure centres.
Our traditional public toilets are cleaned and maintained by Wetton Cleaning Services, and any problems or compliments can be phoned directly through to them on 0845 0345840. You can also report issues using our public toilet online feedback form.

We carry out surveys to find out what people think of our toilets, and we were delighted to have improved on last year's performance. You can see our results or give us additional feedback using our public toilet feedback form.
For more information please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone Environmental Customer Services: 01273 292929.
Unfortunately, sometime facilities have to be temporarily closed at short notice.
