Hiring a room in one of our community libraries
We have a range of meeting rooms and IT suites within our community libraries which are available to hire. Some rooms come with a small kitchen / catering facilities. We can provide tea, coffee, milk and biscuits at a charge of £1 per serving, or you can bring your own.
Charges for Community library room hire
Charges are for each morning, afternoon or evening session. If you wish to hire the library outside of normal opening times there's an additional staff cost of between £10-£15 per hour.

Coldean Library meeting room and IT suite
Coldean Library has a small meeting room ideal for 121s / IT suite with kitchen for hire.
Hangleton Library meeting room
Hangleton Library has a meeting / conference room with facilities for making refreshments and an accessible toilet.
Patcham Library IT suite
Patcham Library has an IT suite available to hire for morning, afternoon or evening sessions during normal library opening hours. It may be possible to hire this space outside of library opening hours.
Whitehawk Library meeting room and IT suite
Whitehawk Library has an IT suite and a large meeting room with adjoining small kitchenette for hire and small meeting room ideal for 121s.
Woodingdean Library meeting room and IT suite
