Business & Intellectual Property Centre
New Business & IP Centre at Jubilee Library
Brighton & Hove City Libraries is developing a new Business & Intellectual Property Centre (BIPC) at Jubilee Library. The new centre, due to open in 2020, will be part of the British Library Business & IP Centre National Network, which provides entrepreneurs and SMEs across the UK with free access to databases, market research, journals, directories and reports worth thousands of pounds.
