How to complete the application form

When you find a job you would like to apply for:

  • Download the attachments at the bottom of the job details page
  • Read the job description and person specification carefully so that you understand what the job involves
  • Read our Maximise your chance guidance document attached to the job advert

The application form plays a very important part in the selection process. The information you give in the form is the only information we will use to decide if you should be shortlisted for an interview.

  • ​Click "Apply for job" when you are ready to start your application
  • Save regularly to avoid losing your work. You will be automatically logged out of the system after 30 minutes of inactivity
  • Check that you have fully completed all sections of the form including all the mandatory fields (marked with a red asterisk)
  • Send your completed application form to us by 11.59pm on the closing date shown in the job advert. Applications received after this time may not be considered
  • Click the "submit" button to send your application. You'll then receive an automated email to let you know we have received your application
