Tenancy policy

Tenancy Policies were introduced as part of a wider package of social housing reforms implemented through the Localism Act 2011 and through changes to the regulatory standards that all social landlords are expected to meet.

Our tenancy policy sets out how we use the range of options available in the Localism Act, and provides tenants with information on the advice and support we provide to help them manage their tenancies successfully. It also clarifies how we will support tenancy sustainment, prevent unnecessary evictions, tackle tenancy fraud and grant discretionary successions.
