Brooke Mead Extra Care Housing scheme
Coming soon - new Extra Care Housing scheme in Brighton & Hove
The new Brooke Mead Extra Care housing scheme, currently being built in Albion Street in Brighton, is expected to open in July.
This scheme is designed mainly for tenants with low to moderate dementia, to encourage independent living for as long as possible.
With self-contained flats, some with full wheelchair access, carers based on site, a court yard garden and community café, Brooke Mead will be ideal for older residents who need that extra help to carry on living independently.
A show flat will be open in March 2017 for prospective tenants and their relatives to visit and find out more about the scheme.
