Voter registration
You can register to vote on the GOV.UK website.
Contact our electoral registration service if you need help or have any questions.
Council tax
If you have recently moved home, tell us your new details. If you are a student, see if you can apply for a student reduction to your bill. If you are a landlord or agent, you can tell us about a change of tennents at a property.
Recycling and refuse
You can find out when you recycling and refuse will be collected and order wheelie bins or order recycling boxes. Get information on how to deal with bulky waste and how to recycle.
Parking

Libraries
You can join our library service using our online form and access your account online. You will be given a temporary membership number and PIN which will allow you to use our online services and to reserve books.
Benefits

Whether you are a council tenant needing more information, privately renting or own your home and want information our housing team can help. Our Planning team can advise on planning applications and alterations to your home.
Travel and transport
We can help you plan your journey in the city and give real time bus information. Cycle lanes are also available across the city.
Go to commmunity transport if you find it difficult to get on and off buses, or to get to the bus stop.
