COVID-19: Changes to Electoral Services

From 28 July, the Electoral Services’ telephone line will be open Tuesday to Friday from 10.30am – 12.30pm and 1.30-3.30pm.  The service continues to respond promptly to emails sent to electors@brighton-hove.gov.uk.

Hove Town Hall’s Customer Service Centre remains closed to the public.

Applications to register to vote can continue to be made online at www.gov.uk/registertovote and any documentary evidence required for registration can be sent by email.

Where possible please use the digital response methods available. Please avoid posting paper correspondence as there may be a delay in any requests being actioned.

The Electoral Registration Officer will continue to publish monthly updates and distribute these to credit reference agencies.

The signing of Pension Life Certificates will be available monthly via a strict appointment basis. Please contact the service for further information.
