Our process for tenders through SE Shared Services.
Our tenders are run through the e-sourcing portal called SE Shared Services.
We ask anyone interested to register their interest online - you will then be able to download the tender documents.
These will ask some preliminary questions to make sure that you are in a position to reliably deliver the goods or service required. We need to look at your:
- finances
- experience & technical ability
- health & safety
- quality assurance
- inclusion & diversity
- sustainability
- references
Then there is a specification of what is required and you will be asked how you will deliver the goods or services we are seeking and what prices you will charge.
The document includes our standard terms & conditions for the contract.
The completed forms are evaluated and the winning bidder is awarded the contract.
