The council’s approved accounts are published here, as required by the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015, which stipulate publication by 31 July.

Please note that, following conclusion of outstanding audit queries in respect of the independent actuary’s valuation of pension fund assets, liabilities and interest income, and the reasonableness of the actuary’s application of rolled forward assumptions, the financial statements approved on 23 July 2019 were subsequently revised and re-approved by the council’s Audit & Standards Committee on 17 September 2019.
