Hall of Memory

Hall of Memory

The Hall of Memory (PDF 883KB) is situated behind the North Chapel and offers a sheltered place from the outdoors for reflection and commemoration.

Woodvale hall of memory

There are two memorial options available:

The Books of Remembrance, for both the South and North Chapels, have been placed in the hall of memory at Woodvale to provide an inexpensive and dignified form of memorial in perpetuity. Entries can vary from two to eight lines with optional artwork, such as floral emblems or service crests. A miniature card or book containing a replica entry can also be provided.

Memorial panels mounted on the wall, in dark blue Levant Morocco leather with hand tooled inscription, finished in gold leaf are also available as a memorial. These can be purchased for an initial ten years, with the option to further extend the period.

The Bronze Tree of Remembrance is a new feature in the Hall and has room for 270 aluminium gold-coloured leaves on which a personal dedication can be written
