Public Notices: Approved Venue Applications

In accordance with the Marriages and Civil Partnerships (approved Premises) Regulations 2005 and on behalf of the General Register Office, Brighton & Hove City Council is required to publicise all pending applications for Approved Venue status.

The public notice consultation runs for 21 days from the date of the notice. Applications and plans under consultation can be viewed at the address below by appointment. To make an appointment, please email us at register.office@brighton-hove.gov.uk

Raising an objection

Members of the public wishing to object to an application should submit the reasons for their objection in writing within 21 days of the date of notice.
