Accessibility at Seaside View
Seaside View Child Development Centre is based on the Brighton General Hospital site, Elm Grove, Brighton BN2 3EW.
Parking and Transport
There is a dedicated car park at the rear of Seaside View for visitors to use, as well as parking across the hospital site. Parking is free. Public transport to Seaside View is very good, with bus numbers 2, 2a, 21, 22 and 22a stopping outside the hospital.
The Brighton General Hospital site is fully wheelchair accessible, as is Seaside View.
We also have a hearing loop in the reception area of Seaside View.
Seaside View has disabled changing facilities for all age groups.
Once inside Seaside View, our reception area tries to accommodate all ages and abilities with sensory boards, books and a variety of toys.
We have a room for parents and carers with both a toy and literature library. The room also provides hot and cold drinks.
There are additional catering facilities on the site providing hot and cold food at the Sussex Oakleaf Café and the El Sadaah Centre, both within easy walking distance of Seaside View.
