Our ‘Local Offer’ is changing – how you can help:

We are in the process of changing how our ‘Local Offer’ looks and also some of the information on it.  We want it to work better for the people using it, making it easier for someone with additional needs and the who people who knows them, like family and friends, to find out the information they want quickly and easily.

If you have any ideas or suggestions on how the ‘Local Offer’ could work better for people using the services, please let us know by emailing SEN.Team@brighton-hove.gov.uk or give us feedback here. Alternatively, you can call the team on 01273 293567 and ask to speak to someone about the Local Offer.

As part of our statutory responsibility, as detailed in the SEN Code of Practice, we are required to produce a report at least annually about feedback we have received from users of our Local Offer.

Read our Local Offer Annual Report for 2015 -16. It includes specific feedback received over the past year, outlines the action we have taken to address these points and also what is planned over the next twelve months.
