Planning register comments
We’ve had reports of technical issues when submitting comments on planning applications. We’ve looked into this and the system is working properly.

Virtual visitor permits
Unfortunately we’re still experiencing technical problems with the new online virtual visitor permit system.
If you're unable to apply for or activate one of your virtual visitor bookings then please contact us on 01273 296622, or come and see us in person at the Customer Service Centre, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ and we will be able to assist you.

From time to time our website is affected by scheduled work to our servers, our internet connection or a technical problem. We try to keep any disruption for our customers to a minimum by
- telling our customers in advance of any scheduled maintenance
- using our website and social media to let customers know about any issues with our site
- scheduling work on our website to be at quieter times whenever possible.
