Support for community groups

We also work with partners to provide community development.  If you're a community group looking for support and advice, Trust for Developing Communities (TDC) work across the city.

To get support you'll need a referral from Community Works.

Send an email to or phone them on 01273 234 769.

If you live in Hangleton and Knoll you can get support from our partners The Hangleton and Knoll Project.

Brighton & Hove’s Resource Centre offers support and training for community groups including:

  • chairing meetings
  • taking minutes
  • keeping accounts
  • hiring equipment

Send an email to or phone 01273 606 160.
