Project status

The development was handed over to the council in March 2023. As the main contractor, Morgan Sindall Ltd remains responsible for defects until March 2024.  

In early 2024 the Regeneration Team will contact residents to ask for their feedback on living in their new homes. This feedback will be used to help the council meet residents’ needs in future developments.
