Due to the size of the programme work will be initiated in phases:
- September 2023 to autumn 2024 - construction of the outdoor sports hub
- October 2023 to autumn 2024 - wheeled sports area and westerly garden
- November 2023 to winter 2024 - tennis and padel tennis area
- January 2024 to summer 2024 - lagoon phase includes toilet refurbishment
- June 2024 to summer 2025 – sand sports area
- July 2024 to October 2024 - croquet and easterly garden
- Autumn 2024 - demolition of the bowls club
- December 2024 – Padel courts open

- February 2025 – tennis courts open
- Spring 2025 – gardens open once planting has established itself
- Spring 2025 – Outdoor sports hub Babble Beach cafe / kitchen / bar opens
- Spring 2025 – Park is formally opened
- Summer 2025 - Sand sports facilities open
Completion and opening of individual facilities will be on a phased basis. Our goal is to formally open the park in spring 2025.
