Communal bin collections

Some communal waste collections are currently disrupted due to the need for essential repairs to specialist vehicles. Repairs are underway, and we expect to have them back on the road within the next week. Read our full update on communal bin collections.

What happens next

The Planning Committee approved the application on the 4 September 2024. A Section 106 legal agreement needs to be completed to secure a variety of measures including highway works and enhancements.

Once this is complete, planning permission can be formally given. The permission gives the applicant up to 3 years to commence development.

The applicant will need to fulfil their relevant planning conditions before works can start on site.

View the application, and further details regarding conditions, on our Planning Register. Search for the application reference number BH2022/03483.
