Business rates - Change of business address

Use this form to tell us if you are changing business addresses within Brighton & Hove. 

You will need to provide:

• your contact details
• your Business Rates account number, if known
• the name of proprietor or Limited company
• address of where you're leaving and any landlord details
• address of where you're moving and any landlord details
• when you're moving out of your old property and into your new one
