Who can come to the workshops

The 3 hour workshop is suitable for catering staff of all levels. This includes chefs, waiting staff, managers and business owners.

What you'll learn

Brighton & Hove City Council Environmental Health and Trading Standards in partnership with Allergy UK provide practical training. The workshop includes allergen controls and the food hygiene rating scheme.

You’ll learn how to manage food allergens in your business and find out how your business can achieve and keep a 5 star rating.

The workshop costs £25 and takes place at Brighton Town Hall.
