How to get an age rating for a film
How to ask us to give an age rating to a film.
We can give an age rating to a film that doesn’t already have one. This is known as classification.
To ask us to classify a film that doesn't have a classification, send an email to ehl.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk.
Please include a link to the film if it is online, or send a DVD to:
Licensing Department
Brighton & Hove City Council
Hove Town Hall, Norton Road
Hove
BN3 3BQ
We'll also need a brief description of the main story of the film.
If another council has already classified the film, but you want to show it an at event in Brighton and Hove, we'll need to reclassify it. If this is the case, please tell us which council has already classified it.
